Cancellation & Refund Policy
General Policy
All purchases, including subscriptions, feature activations, and implementation fees, are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed. This ensures fair resource allocation and data security.
Billing Commitment
Quarterly and annual plans are billed in advance. Early cancellations do not qualify for refunds.
Exceptional Cases
Refunds or credits may be considered only in the following situations:
- Proven service failure
- Duplicate charges
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the incident for review.
Downtime or Bugs
Minor bugs or scheduled maintenance do not qualify for refunds.
In the event of extended downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours, service credits may be offered at the Company's discretion.
